We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data", hereinafter the "Code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Under this legislation, such treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. No.196/2003 , therefore, we provide the following information:

1. The information you provide will be used without your prior consent in accordance with Article 24 , paragraph 1, letter . b of the Code, for the following purposes:
   
   1. Registration to the website www.aethusaclub.com that allows access to the free content.
   2. Every aspect of the pre- contractual and post- contractual management, if you proceed with the booking of vacation packages and services through the portal.
2. The information you provide will be used with your prior consent for any of the following purposes of treatment:
   
   1. E-mail communications relating to vacation packages and services offered through the Aethusa Club portal of A. Galassi and V. Scriffignano S.S.;
   2. E-mail communications relating to the content of the www.aethusaclub.com website;
   3. Newsletter containing news that , related to the Aethusa Club of A. Galassi and V. Scriffignano S.S..
3. The data will be collected through the following methods : paper, media, manually and / or electronic, automated means. Personal data will be stored on both paper and electronic database according to the obligations and objectives set out in paragraphs 1 and, in case of your consent, 2, of this document.
4. The data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) , due to the professional nature of the content and the events contained therein, are mandatory and necessary for the drafting of the contract as referred to in paragraph 1, Letters A and B. The additional information is optional .
5. Failure to provide the data in the fields marked with an asterisk (* ) will result in the inability to register to the website and inability to receive or use the private documents and content in the restricted area . Failure to provide the additional data will not have any consequence for the registration to the website.
6. The data could be handled by qualified personnel like Managers or Trustees who operate under the direct authority of the holders .
7. The data will not be shared with third parties.
8. Holder of the treatment is: Aethusa Club of A. Galassi and V. Scriffignano S.S. , Via Rosso di San Secondo 21, Catania, Fiscal Code and VAT number 05121440878. The updated list of all personnel is available at the Holders’ office.
9. You can exercise your rights regarding the data collection at any time, in accordance with Article 7 of the Legislative Decree No.196/2003 that you can read below:

   1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data, even if not yet stored;
   2. You have the right to obtain information about:
      
      1. the origin of your personal data;

      4. the identity of the owner, manager or other representative appointed according to article 5 , paragraph 2;
      5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives, managers or agents of the State.
   3. You have the right to obtain information about:
      
      1. the updates, corrections or integration of the data;
      2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
      3. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified , to those to whom the data were communicated or shared, except when unable to do so, or when it involves using means not appropriate to the protected right.
   4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
      
      1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data for collection purposes;
      2. to the processing of your personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market researchs or commercial communications.
